What's New?
It's late February, and the time of year that my thoughts turn to heading west for some sun and a
break from the dreary not-quite-winter-weather in Tennessee. This year has been especially cold and
snowy...hey, we've even got some schools that have burned through all of their snow days.
Soon, I'll be boarding a plane to California. Non-stop flights are great...no layovers, but pretty long.
Four hours is just too long to sit in that little airplane seat. But it will all be worth it once we step off
the plane.
If you're going to be in the Palm Springs area beginning Thursday, March 4th, come on over to
Casitas Laquita and join myself and a bunch of other authors for the Lesbian Book Festival. Where
else can you lounge by the pool listening to readings and chatting with lots of great women. For a list
